Nikolina Adam

She studies psychology and linguistics in London.

I chose EYES OF LIGHT because of what it stands for and the fact that it is an innovative organization with very interesting projects and, at the same time, a sacred purpose. Eyes of Light made quite an impression on me and I decided to support its work as much as I could. 

George Latsis

He is an MSc researcher with publications in the field of the synthesis of innovative anticancer drugs. He recently completed his MBA.

I chose EYES OF LIGHT because I identify with its vision.

John Filakis

He holds a degree in Information and Communication Systems Engineering. He works as a Social Media Manager.

I chose EYES OF LIGHT because it takes action in the field of cancer and photography.

Katerina Tressou

She is an English teacher. She is also studying Sign Language.

Why in Eyes of Light? I think that this choice was a one-way street. I have lost my mum to cancer and I really enjoy photography.

Asimina Altani

She recently completed her studies at the Public Administration department of Panteion University and her internship at SNFCC.

A non-profit organization that tries to stand on its own, earns my deepest respects. It’s been an honor to contribute to this project.

Dimitra Patrikarakou

She has completed her Master's studies at the Marketing and Communication Department of OPA.

Naya Latifi

She is 25 years old and has studied Law and Marketing.

My love for others and my admiration for people who are dealing with serious illnesses, without giving up their hopes, led me to make this decision. I strongly believe that we should reconsider the value of Arts in Hub in Greece’s healthcare environment.

Katerina Paputsa

She is an architect, while at the same time doing her master's degree in Digital Culture, Smart Cities, IoT and Advanced Digital Technologies.

I chose EYES OF LIGHT as I want to actively contribute to promoting the visual arts to the benefit of people who experience cancer.

Zoe Aggelidou

She is a senior student in English Literature, majoring in Communication and New Media.

I chose EYES OF LIGHT because I like their work. It seemed like a great opportunity.

Peggy Papayannaki

She studied Philology at the University of Ioannina and continued with postgraduate studies in Linguistics at EKPA. At the same time, she holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from ALBA Business School.

Having experienced the fight against cancer from the perspective of a relative of mine and having known the difficulties that they’ ve been through, I decided to volunteer for a non-profit organization that helps and mentally empowers people with cancer.

Andreas Kouvaras

He is a third-year medical student at EKPA, and at the same time attends a distance learning master's program in Information Systems at Linnaeus University, in Sweden. He has already completed Maritime Studies at the University of Piraeus and a Master's degree in Commercial Law (specializing in Maritime Law) at the Athens Law School.

If as future doctors, we don't manage to find the cure for cancer, we should at least offer the best possible feelings to the people who fight their own battle every day, the Cancer Survivors!
